What is the Marquee Mall?

Marquee Mall is your online shopping site that gives you the flexibility to use your Marquee Comps in more ways than ever. From anywhere, any device, and at any time, you can use your Marquee Comps to purchase gifts for your loved ones or a special treat for yourself and have them delivered right to your door. New merchandise, local products and special VIP experiences will be added monthly. Check back often to see what’s new at Marquee Mall.

How many Marquee Comps does it take to get a Marquee Mall Credit?

$1 of Marquee Comps can purchase 2 Marquee Mall Credits.

How much is shipping and tax?

All shipping and any taxes owed are included in the price.

What if I do not have enough Marquee Mall Credits for the item I wish to purchase?

You can still purchase the product by using cash to make up the difference. Simply click the PayPal icon during checkout and use a credit card to pay the balance owed. You must have 20% of the value in Marquee Credits in order to make a purchase. Shipping fees and any applicable taxes are figured in the credit price shown.

How do I place an order?

Go to www.marqueemallmr.com or click the link from www.marqueerewards.com. Browse through the items and once you select the item(s) you wish to buy, add to the shopping cart and proceed to check out. Once at checkout, you have the option to use Marquee Mall Credits for the purchase or a mix of credit card and Marquee Mall Credits. Use the slide bar to determine the amount of each you would prefer to pay. At least 20% of the value of the item must come from Marquee Mall credits.

How will my order be shipped?

Most of the items will be shipped standard ground service. Fedex, UPS, or USPS. Larger items ship via motor freight and oversize televisions will be shipped with white glove, in-home delivery. Please note: We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Does my item come with a warranty?

Yes. All Marquee Mall items are backed by the manufacturer warranties. You should find a copy of the manufacturer’s warranty with the packaging inside your product. Manufacturer warranties are null and void when shipped outside of the United States.

Am I allowed to return an item?

If you wish to return an item, please contact Red Carpet Customer Service at customerservice@marqueemallmr.com within 48 hours of receipt of your merchandise. Electronics and electronic devices must be unopened to allow for return and full refund. If a product is defective, your manufacturer warranty applies. Please allow 30 days for credit to show up in your account for any return that is accommodated.

When will my order ship?

Most items will ship within 7-10 work days of receipt of your order. Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive via UPS, FEDEX, USPS.

Larger, freighted items, may take up to 6 weeks. Customers will be contacted by the freight handler to set up a delivery appointment once the item has shipped. Please make sure that you have a delivery address that can receive oversized shipments.

How will I know the status of my order?

You will receive two emails from us. One, a confirmation, when you place your order. Two, a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order is on its way. You can also log on to www.marqueemallmr.com, click the Account icon , and click "Order Status". Or you can send us an email at customerservice@marqueemallmr.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Where can I find my Wish List?

You must be logged in to Marquee Mall to view your Wish List. After logging in, the Account icon , which can be found near the Search box and Shopping Cart , will be accessible. Click this icon to expand a menu containing links to your Wish List and Order Status page!
